Minimalist Interface for Maximum Focus
Recordly.ai is an AI-powered tool that instantly analyzes meeting recordings and turns them into notes. During the design process, I aimed for a focused and distraction-free experience, free from cluttered interfaces. The main CTA buttons (e.g. “Start Recording” and “Sign Up”) are positioned in a way that allows the user to get things done quickly. The user interface feels fluid and peaceful thanks to the wide spacing, simple typography and harmonious color palette.
Smart UX for Smart Workflows
When a user starts or uploads a meeting, the system's intelligent AI kicks in. The user flow has been simplified to support these processes: File upload, analysis and output are all intuitive steps. While the complex AI technology works in the background, the user focuses solely on the results. This simplification aims to make the user experience feel like “the technology is there but not visible”.
